How to become a Member
First time Members
Complete the ICAI Washington DC Chapter membership form below.
Make an annual membership fee payment of US$50 through the payment gateway (coming up shortly ).
Note: members need not make the membership payment until the payment gateway is available.
Recurring Membership Fees
Membership fees are due on January 15 of every year and will be for the ensuing calendar year. For example, Membership Fee due on January 1, 2022 will be for the calendar year 2022. Two reminders will be sent , one each in December and the first week of January requesting the payment of the membership fees.
We will shortly be updating the payment gateway for members to conveniently pay membership fees.
Refunds of Membership payments
Any Member wishing to claim a refund against a cancelled membership (either by the Member or by ICAI Washington DC Chapter) must apply in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of the receipt date. Details must include the membership number and the date on which the original payment was made. No refund will be allowed after 2 days of making the payment.
In response, ICAI Washington DC Chapter will provide the member with a Refund Note after taking account of expenses incurred before the refund claim was received. ICAI Washington DC Chapter's decision on the amount to be refunded is final. The ICAI Washington DC Chapter will make all reasonable efforts to close the claim within 30 days of submission.
